Bella Swan has moved to the small and quaint town of Forks, Washington. Her mother has recently married and is off with her new husband Phil, a minor league baseball player, traveling America. Her father Chief of Police, Charlie Swan is who she lives with now, and she goes to Forks High. Her life is anything but exciting, well of course except for the fact that she’s dating a vampire....
Edward Cullen and Bella Swan are more than in love, but their love is in danger. Alice Cullen, a pre-cognizant vampire, has seen that nomadic vampires are coming to Forks, and Bella is in danger. She saw that the vampire James, the leader of the small clan of three, will develop an extremely unhealthy obsession with Bella. But not in the normal sense of the word. He wants to keep her to himself, to change her into a vampire and have her for forever.
Not only that but because the Nomads have been in Forks for so long the tribesmen of La Push have been changing into wolves. They're shape shifting men who can turn into wolves at will. What will Bella do when she finds out one of her best friends, Jacob Black is one of them? They've been spending more and more time together lately, and Jacob has developed deep feelings for Bella, what will she do when he finally tells her?
And how will the Cullen’s protect Bella when after visiting with their fellow clan/extended family the Denali Clan, the Denali met their human Bella. Only a few weeks later the Denali take (what they thought would be a short) trip to Volterra. Aro, the head of the Volturi clan, discovers the secret of the human girl Bella, who knows of the vampires. The greatest sin in the vampire world has been broken, and they plan to deal with the problem by making a surprise visit to Forks, Washington.
